This is a lighter formulation of Bufferin compared to Bufferin A, with reduced pain-relieving ingredients and added gastric-protective components. The active ingredient for pain relief in this product is aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid).

Bufferin is effective for headaches, fever, menstrual pain, joint pain, nerve pain, lower back pain, muscle pain, shoulder pain, sore throat, and toothache. It is a designated Class 2 over-the-counter medication that is gentle on the stomach.
Suitable for headaches, menstrual pain (period pain), shoulder pain, lower back pain, joint pain, nerve pain, muscle pain, sore throat, toothache, pain after tooth extraction, bruise pain, sprain pain, fracture pain, injury pain, earache, and reducing fever during chills and fever.

Ingredients: Acetylsalicylic acid (440 mg), dried aluminum hydroxide gel (200 mg), corn starch, lactose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, and polyethylene glycol.
Dosage:

Rare but severe symptoms may occur. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience:

- Stevens-Johnson Syndrome or Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis: Persistent or rapidly worsening high fever, eye redness, discharge, chapped lips, sore throat, and widespread skin rash or redness.
- Liver Dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
- Asthma: Wheezing, shortness of breath.
- Aplastic Anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, blood in urine.
5. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional with this document.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
