Golden Week Holiday Notice

It's Golden Week season here in Japan, and as our team takes time to relax and spend time with friends and family, we’d like to share a few updates regarding our operations during this period.
Due to the holiday, our office will be closed on April 29 and May 2–6 (JST)
Of course, you can continue to place orders at any time during this period!
However, please note the following:
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Our couriers (FedEx and DHL) will continue to ship orders on April 30 and May 1 (JST).
- Shipping will be paused on all other holiday dates.
- Full operations will resume from May 7 at 9:00 AM (JST).
Due to a high volume of accumulated orders, dispatch delays are expected after operations resume.
Customer Support
- Customer support will be unavailable on April 29 and May 2–6 (JST).
- Support will be available on April 30 and May 1 (JST).
- Full support will resume from May 7 (JST).
Response times may be slower than usual during this period, especially for inquiries via social media.
