ISHIYA
ISHIYA
ISHIYA was founded in 1947 with the corporate philosophy of making Hokkaido confectionery with heart and soul in mind. The most representative and well-known product is White Lovers. It is often given to friends and family as a souvenir by foreign visitors to Japan. It consists of two slices of pancake (French: langue de chat) with white chocolate in the middle, and later it is also available in dark chocolate flavor. The packaging is designed in white and aqua with a picture of Mount Rishiri on Rishiri Island in the center. The logo of Ishaya confectionery has the image of a star shining in the northern night sky, indicating the brilliant star shining in the vast Hokkaido land, showing the corporate attitude of always pursuing a higher stage.
