In June 1983, the Noguchi Medical Research Institute was incorporated in Philadelphia, U.S.A., and a center was set up in Tokyo to promote the development of medicine and pharmaceuticals in Japan and the United States.

Since its inception, the Noguchi Medical Research Institute has continued to develop and grow in Japan by following the design of Dr. Hidetto Noguchi and by taking the support of young doctors and shaping the future of medicine in Japan as its mission.
