How to Use
Be sure to attach the sheet to your underwear, not directly onto the skin.
Peel off the protective paper and, while wearing your underwear, apply the sheet to the inside of the garment.
Ensure the sheet covers the entire area, and use underwear that is deep enough in the rise and fits snugly on your body.
Do not use on delicate fabrics (silk, lace, etc.) as the adhesive may damage the fabric.
The sheet may not stick well to certain fabrics such as nylon, polyurethane, or lace.
When pulling up or down your underwear (e.g., when using the restroom), be careful not to let the sheet peel off.
