- Shampoo: Wet hair and scalp thoroughly. Take an appropriate amount, lather well while massaging the scalp, then rinse thoroughly.
- Treatment: After shampooing, lightly towel dry hair. Apply an appropriate amount from the ends through the entire hair. Leave on for a few minutes before rinsing for best results.
