Liver dysfunction: Itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.

Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, reduced urine output, whole-body swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.

Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing with slight exertion, dry cough, fever.

Aplastic anemia: Easy bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, dizziness, blood in urine.
