How to prepare Curry:

400–500 g meat or vegetables (your choice)

600–700 ml water (standard for 100 g roux)
Instructions

Cook meat and vegetables in a pot until lightly browned.

Pour in 600–700 ml water and simmer until ingredients are tender.

Turn off the heat

Break the 100 g roux into pieces and dissolve it completely.
