A completely new style of pasta—“pasta simmered in dashi.” This dish combines vegetable dashi with a rich shrimp‑miso sauce. The sauce blends Japanese sweet shrimp, soy milk, and two types of rice miso for a deep, savory flavor.
Top with grilled tomatoes, arugula, or baby leaf greens, then finish with the included special flavored dashi powder for an aromatic, restaurant‑quality dish.

1. Open the dashi packet
Pour the powdered dashi into a pot with 500 ml of water. Mix and heat. Use a deep pot about 20 cm in diameter.
2. Cook the pasta in the dashi
Once boiling, add pasta. Cook for the time indicated on the pasta package.

- Stir occasionally
- Adjust cooking time to your preferred firmness
3. Add the sauce
Add the shrimp‑miso sauce and heat until it comes back to a boil, stirring gently.
4. Finish with toppings
Serve the pasta with the broth in a deep bowl. Sprinkle the flavored dashi powder on top. Optional toppings: grilled tomatoes, arugula, baby leaf greens.
Be careful of hot liquid during cooking.
