Thousand Island: A special dressing made with “Massa”, a fermented seasoning of salt-pickled paprika, and homemade mayonnaise. Anchovies are added as a secret ingredient, perfectly balancing the umami of Massa with the addictive spiciness of Lemonsco RED, a red chili pepper and lemon dressing from Hiroshima. This versatile dressing can be used not only on salads but also as a spicy sauce for fried foods, meat, or fish.
Lemon and Sesame: Homemade mayonnaise enhanced with the rich flavor of ground sesame seeds and sesame oil. The refreshing acidity and slight bitterness of lemon blend perfectly to create a new, flavorful sesame dressing.
