If you’re living in Melbourne, Australia and love Japanese products, have we got some great news for you! We opened a physical store in Melbourne’s The Glen Shopping Centre that we call Miau Mall Glen!
This may be old news to some of you, since the store has been open since early May, but we wanted to make sure you all knew about this amazing new step for MiauMall!
But Why Open a Physical Store?
Well, we wanted to offer a more instant experience as well as establish a physical presence to serve lovers of Japanese products, starting with the Melbourne area.
Plus, we understand that it can be hard to shop for products online without being able to, for example, see how big a product is, compare items side-by-side, or ask staff members for their recommendations—all things that a physical store is just great at doing.

Plus, Miau Mall Glen will have its own amazing sales and promotions that you can take advantage of that will be more in line with the holidays and events of Australia!
One added bonus is that the Miau Mall Glen team is making their own separate social media that has some great photos and amazing videos!
And, if this goes well, we very well may be opening a store in your area to tackle the same problems!
Where is the New Store?
As we mentioned, the new MiauMall brick-and-mortar store is located in Melbourne in The Glen Shopping Centre. You can find us on the ground floor just a few shops to the left of Uniqlo (facing Uniqlo), open 7 days a week! We looked at several other options but figured that The Glen would be the best place for our first ever physical store!

What Can You Find at Miau Mall Glen?
Miau Mall Glen is going to be another great option to get your hands on Japanese products in Melbourne. While we can’t offer every product we have on our main website, you can still find plenty of Japanese beauty products, kawaii goods, snacks, tea, coffee, souvenirs, daily goods and more! You can even find physical store exclusives that aren’t sold on our website, so you’ll enjoy a unique experience, different from what we give you here!
Can’t Find What You’re Looking For?
Also, if you can’t find the exact product you’re looking for, you’ll actually have two options! Of course, you can check out the MiauMall homepage and order the items you need directly from our warehouse in Osaka.
The other option is to reach out to us, especially here on our website, so that we can work with our curation/acquisition team and the physical store team to connect you with the product you’re looking for!
There really is a lot here, but we're already receiving requests for more items, which we send straight from Japan!
