What are the spending thresholds for bonus points?

When you shop, the spending threshold will be converted to your local currency at checkout based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Please note that this is before any coupons or discounts are applied.

Do the spending thresholds include discounts or coupons?

The spending thresholds are calculated before applying any discounts or coupons. Ensure your pre-discount total meets the threshold to qualify for bonus points and free gifts.

Can I combine my orders to meet a threshold?

No, the spending threshold applies to a single order. Multiple orders cannot be combined to meet a threshold.

How are bonus points awarded?

In addition to the standard earning rate of 1 point for every 100 JPY spent, you’ll earn bonus points when you reach a spending threshold. These bonus points are extra rewards and stack on top of your regular points!

How do I use my points?

Points must be redeemed as point coupons before they can be used. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Page."
2. Check your available points under the "Loyalty Program."
3. Click "Redeem" to choose a coupon of your choice.
4. Go to "Wallet" and click "Apply" to apply your reward to your cart.

Please note:

• Points cannot be used directly at checkout without first being redeemed for a coupon.
• Redeemed coupons cannot be combined with other MiauMall sales or discounts.

Do points or redeemed coupons expire?

Points earned do not have an expiration date. However, once you redeem points into coupons, the coupons will expire 30 days after the date of redemption.

Where can I see my point balance?

You can view your point balance by logging into your account and navigating to "My Page > Loyalty Program."

Can I redeem multiple point coupons at once?

No, only one point coupon can be applied per order. Plan your redemptions accordingly to maximize your savings.

How are free gifts assigned based on thresholds?

Each spending tier is assigned a specific set of free gifts. Here’s how it works:

• Gifts are fixed for each tier and cannot be exchanged for other items.
• You can only select a gift from the tier you qualify for. For example, qualifying for Tier 2 means you can only pick a gift from Tier 2—not Tier 1 or Tier 3.
• You cannot combine gifts from multiple tiers. For instance, qualifying for Tier 2 does not allow you to select two Tier 1 gifts. If you want multiple gifts from a specific tier, separate orders meeting the tier requirements are necessary.

Will free gifts always be the same?

Free gifts will change from time to time. Check back regularly to see the latest offerings.

What happens if I return an order?

If you return an order that qualified for bonus points or a free gift, the bonus points and/or gift eligibility will be deducted accordingly. If you’ve already redeemed the points or used the gift, the equivalent value may be deducted from your refund.
