Refer-a-friend
Share MiauMall with a friend or family member and give them 20% off their first eligible order. Once their order is completed and fulfilled, you’ll receive 20% off as a thank-you reward.

How it works
- Create or log in to your MiauMall account.
- Go to your Account page, select Loyalty Program, then click Earn.
- Scroll to Referral Program and copy the link under Your Referral URL.
- Share your referral link with a friend or family member who has never purchased from MiauMall before.
- Your friend claims their 20% off discount and uses it on their first eligible order.
- Once their order is completed and fulfilled, you’ll receive your own 20% off reward.
Referral Conditions
- The referrer must have a MiauMall account to share a referral link.
- The friend must be a new MiauMall customer and must not have purchased from us before.
- The friend must use the same email address used to claim the referral discount.
- Referral program participation is limited to one customer account and one referral reward per household.
- The friend’s first eligible order must be over ¥22,300 JPY, or the local-currency equivalent at checkout.
- Excluded products apply.
- Your referral reward will be issued after your friend’s order is completed and fulfilled.
- Referral rewards expire 90 days after they are issued.

Referral discounts and rewards may not be used for self-referrals, duplicate accounts, same-household referrals, or other forms of referral abuse. MiauMall reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or revoke referral discounts and rewards if misuse is detected.
