Refer-a-friend

Share MiauMall with a friend or family member and give them 20% off their first eligible order. Once their order is completed and fulfilled, youโ€™ll receive 20% off as a thank-you reward.

How it works

  1. Create or log in to your MiauMall account.

  2. Go to your Account page, select Loyalty Program, then click Earn.

  3. Scroll to Referral Program and copy the link under Your Referral URL.

  4. Share your referral link with a friend or family member who has never purchased from MiauMall before.

  5. Your friend claims their 20% off discount and uses it on their first eligible order.

  6. Once their order is completed and fulfilled, youโ€™ll receive your own 20% off reward.

Referral Conditions

  • The friend must be a new MiauMall customer and must not have purchased from us before.
  • The friend must use the same email address used to claim the referral discount.
  • The friendโ€™s first eligible order must be over ยฅ22,300 JPY, or the local-currency equivalent at checkout.
  • Excluded products apply.
  • Your referral reward will be issued after your friendโ€™s order is completed and fulfilled.
  • Referral rewards expire 90 days after they are issued.
