If you are a customer residing in an applicable European Union country, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable exceptions under EU consumer protection laws.

This page is intended for eligible EU customers only. Requests submitted through this portal by customers outside the applicable EU countries may be refused or redirected to our standard returns process.

To submit a withdrawal request, please use the button below to access your customer account and select the applicable order. Once your request has been received, we will send a confirmation email and provide further instructions regarding the return process, if applicable.

Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, including personalized goods, perishable items, and other products excluded by applicable law.
