Pabron Triple Cough Suppressant Tablets

A fast-acting cough medicine designed to relieve painful sore throats and persistent coughs with phlegm. Pabron Cough Suppressant Triple Tablets combine three active actions—soothing throat pain, suppressing coughs, and easing phlegm—and can also be taken before bedtime if symptoms persist.

Indications:
Relieves sore throat accompanied by cough and phlegm.

Dosage and Administration:
Take the following dose with water or lukewarm water after meals, and if needed, before bedtime.

• Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet per dose, 3 times daily (may also be taken before bed if necessary)

• Children under 15 years: Do not use

Active Ingredients (per tablet):

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Hydrate: 15 mg

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate: 3 mg

• Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride: 37.5 mg

• Tranexamic Acid: 70 mg

Inactive Ingredients:
Cellulose, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Aluminometasilicate, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Talc, Macrogol, Titanium Dioxide, Hypromellose

Precautions for Use

Things You Should Not Do
(Failing to follow these instructions may worsen your current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects or accidents.)

1. Do not take this product if:

   • You have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or its ingredients.

2. Do not use the following medications while taking this product:

   • Other cough suppressants, expectorants, cold medications, sedatives, or antihistamines, including medications for hay fever, motion sickness, or allergies.

3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this product:

   • Drowsiness or other effects may occur.

Consultation Required

1. Consult with a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking this product if you are:

   • (1) Receiving medical treatment.

   • (2) Pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant.

   • (3) An elderly person.

   • (4) Have ever experienced an allergic reaction to any medication.

   • (5) Experiencing the following symptoms:

     • High fever, difficulty urinating

   • (6) Diagnosed with any of the following conditions:

     • Heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma, thyroid dysfunction, or a history of blood clots (including brain thrombosis, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis), or are at risk for clotting.

2. If any of the following symptoms occur after taking the product, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet:

   Affected Areas: Symptoms

   • Skin: Rash, redness, itching

   • Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite

   • Nervous system: Dizziness

   • Respiratory system: Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing

   • Urinary system: Difficulty urinating

   In rare cases, severe symptoms may occur. If any of the following symptoms appear, seek medical attention immediately:

   Symptoms: Conditions

   • Shock (Anaphylaxis): Symptoms like itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, shortness of breath, palpitations, confusion, etc., immediately after taking the product.

   • Aplastic Anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea, blood in urine.

   • Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.

3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this product. If these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the product and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet:

   • Dry mouth, drowsiness.

4. If symptoms do not improve after taking the product 5-6 times, stop taking it and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet.

Storage and Handling Precautions

1. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

2. Keep out of the reach of children.

3. Do not transfer to another container (this may cause misuse or alter the quality of the product).

4. Do not take the product after the expiration date. Even within the expiration date, consume it within 6 months of opening to maintain quality.
