Dosage Instructions
Take the following amounts three times a day after meals, and additionally before bedtime if necessary. You may take up to six doses per day, ensuring a minimum interval of about 4 hours between doses.

Measure the syrup using the included cup with markings. After use, wash the cup thoroughly and keep it clean along with the medicine.

Recommended Dose by Age:

• 3 years to under 7 years: 8 mL per dose
• 1 year to under 3 years: 6 mL per dose
• 6 months to under 1 year: 4.5 mL per dose
• 3 months to under 6 months: 4 mL per dose
• Under 3 months: Do not use

Important Usage Notes:

1. Strictly follow the prescribed dosage and instructions.
2. For children, ensure administration is supervised by a parent or guardian.
3. For infants under 2 years, prioritize consultation with a doctor, and only use the medicine if absolutely necessary.

Active Ingredients (per 48 mL):

• Acetaminophen (analgesic/antipyretic) – 300 mg
  Helps reduce fever, chills, headaches, sore throat, and muscle pain.
• Chlorpheniramine maleate (antihistamine) – 2.5 mg
  Relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion.
• dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride (bronchodilator) – 20 mg
  Acts on the sympathetic nervous system to relax bronchial passages, ease breathing, and calm coughs.

Excipients:
Xylitol, reduced maltose syrup, sodium chloride, citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium saccharin, sodium benzoate, parabens, propylene glycol, and flavoring.

Do Not Use If:

1. You have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
2. You have had asthma triggered by this product, other cold medications, or pain relievers/fever reducers.
3. While taking this medicine, do not take any other medications containing:
   • Cold remedies
   • Pain relievers/fever reducers
   • Sedatives
   • Cough suppressants or expectorants
   • Antihistamines (including medications for rhinitis, motion sickness, or allergies)
4. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medicine (may cause drowsiness).
5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
6. Do not use this medicine for a prolonged period.

Consult a Doctor or Pharmacist Before Use If:

1. The child is currently receiving medical or dental treatment.
2. The child is pregnant, may be pregnant, or is breastfeeding.
3. The child is elderly.
4. The child has a history of allergic reactions to medications.
5. The child has any of the following symptoms:
   • High fever
   • Difficulty urinating
6. The child has been diagnosed with:
   • Thyroid disorders
   • Diabetes
   • Heart disease
   • High blood pressure
   • Liver or kidney disease
   • Stomach or duodenal ulcers
   • Glaucoma

Stop Use and Consult a Doctor Immediately If Any of the Following Occur:

Possible side effects by body system:

• Skin: rash, redness, itching
• Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
• Nervous system: dizziness
• Urinary system: difficulty urinating
• Other: excessive lowering of body temperature

Rare but serious reactions: Seek immediate medical attention:

• Anaphylaxis (shock): itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat irritation, difficulty breathing, palpitations, confusion.
• Severe skin reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis): high fever, eye redness or discharge, lip irritation, sore throat, widespread rash, small bumps on red skin, fatigue, loss of appetite.
• Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.
• Interstitial pneumonia: shortness of breath after mild activity, coughing, fever.
• Asthma: wheezing or difficulty breathing.
• Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pale skin/mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, blood in urine.
• Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
• Kidney problems: fever, rash, reduced urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
• Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: widespread redness, rash, fever, fatigue, swollen lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin).

• Drowsiness
